Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data Norrvault collects, why, and what rights you have. Norrvault is operated by EIRUM (CVR 46738934), Gammel Byvej 3D, 2650 Hvidovre, Denmark, which is the data controller. Contact: hello@norrvault.com.

What we collect

Newsletter sign-ups: your email address, and basic signup data such as date, source and email engagement (opens and clicks).
Purchases (when paid products launch): name, email and payment details. Card details are handled by Stripe and never stored by us.
Emails you send us: the content of your message and your email address.
Website hosting: our host processes technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the site. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on norrvault.com.

Why we use it

To send the newsletter you asked for (legal basis: your consent, GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email.
To deliver products you buy and keep the required accounting records (contract and legal obligation, art. 6(1)(b) and (c)).
To answer your messages and keep the site secure (legitimate interest, art. 6(1)(f)).

Who processes data for us

beehiiv (newsletter platform, USA)
Stripe (payments, Ireland/USA)
Cloudflare (website hosting and email forwarding, global)
Meta (Instagram and Facebook, when you interact with us there)

Some of these providers process data outside the EU/EEA. Transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Affiliate links

Some links to tools are affiliate links. When you click one, the tool provider may set its own cookies to record that you came from Norrvault. That data is handled under the provider's own privacy policy. We only receive aggregated reports and commission information, not your personal details.

How long we keep it

Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Purchase records are kept for five years as required by Danish bookkeeping law. Emails are deleted when no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time by writing to hello@norrvault.com. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet, datatilsynet.dk).
